Coach Sales Support Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised assistance to enhance the guest experience.
• Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; document discrepancies and maintain a tidy, efficient stockroom.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Support sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and escalate or collaborate with management as required.
• Serve as a local brand ambassador and support in‑store social media engagement when appropriate.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards across the selling space.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
• Proven attention to detail and strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task in a high‑traffic environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and safely manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales). Experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
