Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized customer service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and comply with cash/media handling policies.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture permitted customer information to support sales and CRM initiatives.
- Act as a local brand ambassador and support store social media engagement when required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safely handle repetitive physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
- Proficiency with cash register systems, POS and Mobile POS, and basic computer applications (iPad/laptop/Internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high‑traffic retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and safely manoeuvre stockroom and sales floor.

At least one year of prior retail experience handling cashier duties, stockroom operations or direct client service; experience in luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
