Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalised assistance to meet their needs.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; maintain organized cash wrap and follow cash/media handling policies.
  • Recommend add‑on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and interstore transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom order.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
  • Support the sales floor by responding to customer requests, partnering with colleagues and management to close sales.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting curated social media engagement when required.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales), preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and an awareness of the competitive retail landscape.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic computer applications; ability to use walkie talkie and interpret price/product release sheets.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency required.
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and safely perform physical stockroom and floor tasks.

Experience
