Coach is hiring a part‑time Temporary Sales Support Associate at Battlefield Mall, Springfield, MO—join the team to manage POS, stock and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organisation, and perform cash/media handling in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to reflect brand standards.
- Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information when permitted to support clientelling efforts.
- Support sales floor activity and respond confidently to customer requests while partnering with sales associates and management.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and assist with store safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, sales); luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Mobile POS, and the ability to use iPad, laptop and walkie talkie for store operations.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
- Must be able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), as well as bend, climb and manoeuvre in stockroom and sales floor spaces.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required, ideally including cashier and stockroom responsibilities; prior exposure to luxury retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
