Coach — Temporary Sales Support Associate in Omaha, Nebraska (part-time). Support POS, inventory and sales at the Village Pointe store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide personalised assistance to support conversion and loyalty.
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap order, and handle cash/media in accordance with policy.
- Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Replenish the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates and support loss prevention procedures.
- Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Support social media engagement and act as a local brand ambassador.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and assist the sales team during peak periods or special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven cash handling and POS experience with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre across sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales). Experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational retail coursework preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
