Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, high-quality client service on the sales floor, responding to customer enquiries and supporting the closing of sales.
  • Process transactions accurately using the store POS and handle cash, card and return procedures in accordance with policy.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and execute floor moves, merchandising resets and product presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Manage stockroom operations including receiving, unpacking, tagging, replenishment and stock rotation to maintain inventory flow.
  • Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation and basic loss-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain store housekeeping and presentation standards, ensuring stockrooms and sales areas meet brand expectations.
  • Support store events, clienteling outreach and appointment service as required during peak trading or promotional periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and a luxury retail mindset.
  • Reliable, flexible availability to cover shifts, weekends and peak periods; able to work a variable schedule.
  • Basic numeracy and experience with cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow visual merchandising directives and maintain presentation standards.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to stand for prolonged periods; physical ability to handle stock.

Experience

Entry-level role; retail or luxury sales support experience preferred but not required. Candidates with 0–2 years of customer-facing retail experience will be considered.
