Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalized service.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; maintain an organized cash wrap and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
- Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM efforts.
- Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, organized stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and housekeeping standards.
- Support sales floor activity and respond confidently to customer requests, partnering with colleagues and management as needed.
- Act as a local brand ambassador and support social media engagement initiatives where applicable.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and store safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Familiarity with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop usage and basic internet tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail environments handling cashier and stock duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
