Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate in Bethlehem, PA — part-time role supporting POS, stockroom and sales floor. $15.00–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash-wrap organization, and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and price/product releases as directed.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support sales goals and CRM initiatives.
- Support social media engagement and act as a local brand ambassador in the market when appropriate.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards across sales areas and stockrooms.
- Assist team members and management with ad hoc sales-floor tasks during peak periods and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven cash-handling experience and familiarity with POS/cash register systems.
- Basic computer literacy including use of iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and internet-based tools.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, plus ability to climb, bend and manoeuvre throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience required; prior cashier, stockroom or sales experience preferred, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience accepted.
