Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional client greetings and personalized customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media and maintain cash wrap organization in compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and interstore transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, accessible stockroom.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand standards.
• Suggest add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and clienteling.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; partner with store management and team members to achieve operational targets.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and maintain housekeeping standards across the retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Working knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market activity.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfortable using Mobile POS and Internet‑based tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capability to multitask in a high‑traffic retail setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience that includes cashiering, inventory/stockroom duties, or floor sales; luxury retail experience preferred.

Education

High school diploma or GED required; some college or retail/customer service coursework preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
