Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Support Associate in Temecula, California. $15–$21.75/hr. Retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with policy
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, mobile POS systems, and Internet navigation
- Ability to read price sheets, product release sheets, and utilize two-way communication devices
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Capacity to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
One or more years of retail experience in cashier, stock, sales, or related roles; experience in luxury retail is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific luxury retail training or certification is advantageous but not required.
