Coach (Tapestry) in Temecula, CA seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate needs and provide personalised assistance.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media, and maintain an organised cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
- Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and support planogram or fixture changes as directed.
- Promote ancillary sales including add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support store social engagement.
- Support loss prevention and housekeeping standards; respond to customer requests and partner with colleagues and management to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Familiarity with cash register/POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience is required, ideally including cashiering, stockroom duties or sales within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal retail or customer service training is an asset.

The successful candidate will be located in Temecula, California, USA, with easy access to San Diego.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
