Coach Sales Support Associate, Sunrise FL - Retail position at Sawgrass Mills, $15–$21.75/hr, part-time with flexible schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout the shopping experience
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and inventory transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand guidelines
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently, partnering with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Competency with walkie talkie systems and ability to understand price and product release sheets

Experience
1 or more years of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles in a luxury retail service environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
