Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor, anticipating needs and ensuring positive interactions.
• Operate POS/Mobile POS and cash register systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and comply with cash/media handling policies.
• Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Promote add-on items and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support local brand representation, including social media engagement.
• Support loss prevention procedures and uphold housekeeping standards; assist team and management with ad hoc sales-floor activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computing (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, internet).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Experience

At least one year of retail experience in cashiering, stockroom, or sales roles is required; prior exposure to luxury retail service is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
