Coach seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate in Springfield, MO (Battlefield Mall) to support cash wrap, inventory and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming, client-centric service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate needs and provide personalised assistance.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions and manage cash/media in strict accordance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and support visual merchandising updates to maintain brand presentation standards.
- Promote add-on items and gift cards, capture permitted customer data, and support store social media/brand engagement when required.
- Support loss prevention and housekeeping standards; respond to customer requests and partner with the sales team and management to drive results.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace.
- Proven ability to operate cash register/POS systems and mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad and laptop.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high‑volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience—cash handling, stockroom or sales—with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
