Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
- Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local community; actively support social media engagement initiatives
- Suggest complementary products and gift cards to customers; capture customer information where permitted to enhance clienteling efforts
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and merchandise transfers; promptly report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor with merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
- Support broader sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive positioning in the marketplace
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkies and comprehend price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Capacity to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom areas

Minimum one year of retail experience, including cashier or stock operations, sales activities, or a combination thereof. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred but not required.
