Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Southaven, Mississippi to support store operations, POS and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalised service.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and follow cash/media handling policies.
- Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Monitor and replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards and capture customer data where permitted to support sales and CRM initiatives.
- Support the sales floor during peak periods, respond confidently to customer requests and collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines and store security procedures.
- Act as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock or sales), luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and Internet-enabled devices.
- Solid knowledge of current fashion trends and awareness of competitive marketplace.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre in stockroom and sales floor environments.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience working in cashier, stockroom or direct sales roles; experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
