Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle currency in compliance with policies
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards
• Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with teammates and management as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie systems and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom spaces

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in a customer-facing or inventory management role, with preference for luxury retail environments. A combination of equivalent education and professional experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or general educational development (GED) equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
