Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by brand guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates in accordance with brand standards
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members and management as needed
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background) preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace awareness
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet applications
• Ability to operate walkie-talkie equipment and read price and product release sheets accurately
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
