Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information as permitted by company protocol
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer inquiries with confidence, escalating to management as needed
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local market; contribute to social media engagement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie communication systems and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
