Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; actively support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in full compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with company guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; promptly report discrepancies and maintain a clean, organized stockroom
• Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand specifications
• Support all sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer inquiries, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales)
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, Mobile POS, and internet usage
• Ability to read price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays as required

Skills

Experience

One or more years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
