Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Monitor stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards
• Support sales floor operations, respond confidently to customer inquiries, and coordinate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems, point-of-sale platforms, and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet)
• Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or direct sales roles. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is strongly preferred, though a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not mandatory if relevant retail experience is demonstrated.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
