Coach Sales Support Associate in Scottsdale, Arizona: $15–$21.75/hour, part-time retail position with inventory and customer service responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, ideally within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
