Coach Sales Support Associate in Scottsdale, Arizona: $15.00–$21.75/hr, part-time retail position supporting store operations and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and personalized service, anticipating their needs
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest complementary products and gift cards, capturing customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, reporting any discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Support sales floor activities and respond confidently to customer requests, escalating to management when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet)
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience in roles such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate, with preference given to candidates with luxury retail service background. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement stated.

The successful candidate will be located in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
