Role & Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional client welcome and personalised assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS accurately, handle cash/media in accordance with company policy, and maintain cash wrap organisation.
• Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in line with privacy policies.
• Support daily sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with store management and colleagues.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with Loss Prevention guidelines and safety procedures.
• Support local brand presence and social engagement when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with contemporary fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
• Proven cash-handling accuracy and experience with POS/cash register systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and kneel.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience is required; experience in cashiering, stockroom operations or luxury retail environments is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
