Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales performance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support overall sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Demonstrate physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform necessary movements including climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating sales floor and stockroom

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment)
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
• Strong attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
