Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Support Associate in Schaumburg, IL (Woodfield). $15.00–$19.50/hr. Join the Coach retail team supporting sales, POS and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver high-quality customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media and maintain cash wrap organization in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and sustain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain presentation standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support local brand engagement and social media efforts.
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently; partner with colleagues and management to achieve store objectives.
- Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines; perform routine physical tasks including lifting, bending and stocking.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficient with cash register systems and basic computer use, including iPad, laptop and Mobile POS.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manoeuvre in sales floor and stockroom settings.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience; experience in luxury retail or premium service environments is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer-service training is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
