Coach Sales Support Associate role in Sarasota, FL—temporary position, $15–$19.50/hr, retail operations and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, organize, and reconcile shipments and inventory transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team and management as needed
- Lift, carry, climb, bend, and kneel regularly to access merchandise and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet platforms
- Ability to read price sheets, product release sheets, and utilize walkie-talkies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service capabilities
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Skills
Experience
One or more years of previous retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or general educational development (GED); specific educational attainment is not strictly required given the retail focus of the role.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
