Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism and deliver personalised assistance on the sales floor.
• Operate POS and cash wrap accurately; handle cash and media in strict accordance with company policy.
• Process incoming shipments and transfers, report discrepancies, and maintain stockroom organisation and cleanliness.
• Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and support product presentation standards.
• Promote gift cards and suggest complementary products to increase average transaction value; capture customer information where permitted.
• Support daily sales activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with sales team and management to meet store goals.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
• Familiarity with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop usage and basic internet navigation.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in a luxury retail environment or in cashier/stockroom roles.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
