Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate needs and cultivate rapport with customers.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media and reconcile transactions in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and stage incoming merchandise and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenish sales floor stock, and execute basic visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support floor selling activities and respond to customer requests; actively suggest add-on products and promote gift card purchases.
- Serve as a local brand ambassador, supporting store-level social media engagement where appropriate.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain safe, compliant store operations.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifts up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Practical knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop and basic internet-based tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline and ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak season.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom spaces as required.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in a luxury or premium retail environment and have performed cashier, stockroom or client-facing sales duties.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
