The Sales Support Associate supports Coach’s store performance through personalized client service, accurate point-of-sale transactions, stock processing, sales-floor replenishment, and visual merchandising. This is a part-time role requiring a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays; regular lifting of at least 25 lbs. and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. are required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
  • Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media in accordance with policy.
  • Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean stockroom.
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
  • Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with the team or management as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
