Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in compliance with applicable regulations
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies to management
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness; adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local community; actively support social media engagement
• Respond confidently to customer requests and collaborate with team members and management as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock operations, or sales); luxury retail service experience preferred
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems, basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop and mobile POS platforms
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); comfortable climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales operations is required; experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
