Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate to drive store operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences at its San Juan location. The role encompasses cash wrap operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and client engagement, requiring a retail professional with strong organizational skills and a commitment to luxury brand standards. The position demands flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance tailored to customer preferences
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; actively support social media engagement and brand positioning initiatives
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards and loyalty programs, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies promptly and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates in alignment with brand standards
  • Support daily sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention and security guidelines
  • Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials regularly (up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.); climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of prior retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity—preferably within a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the retail sector
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale platforms
  • Competency with iPad, laptop, and mobile POS technologies
  • Ability to read and interpret price sheets, product release information, and inventory documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English language proficiency

Experience
