Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized shopping assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash transactions in compliance with company policies
• Process shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and partner with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
• Lift and manipulate merchandise up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly; climb, bend, kneel as required for stockroom and sales floor duties

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace landscape
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and kneel regularly
