Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and offer assistance at the cash wrap.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cash wrap area.
- Receive and process shipments and transfers in the stockroom.
- Organize and maintain stockroom cleanliness and product organization.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding product features and availability.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain loss prevention standards.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
