Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with company guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and escalate issues to team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention security guidelines

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock operations, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie systems and read price sheets and product release documentation accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver both sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

1 or more years of retail experience in a commercial or luxury environment; cashier, stock operations, or sales roles are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant retail experience and education will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
