The Sales Support Associate supports Coach store performance through personalized client service, accurate point-of-sale operations, stockroom and shipment management, replenishment, and visual merchandising. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays; base pay is $15.00–$19.50 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and media in accordance with policy.
  • Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
  • Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with the team or management as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with Loss Prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive marketplace.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and read price and product release sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
