Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized shopping assistance
• Operate the POS system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Serve as an internal and local market brand ambassador; actively support social media engagement initiatives
• Process add-on product suggestions, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor with attention to visual presentation, and execute merchandising updates and seasonal displays
• Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention and security guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in luxury retail
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release documentation, and operate walkie-talkie equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and work throughout sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
