Coach in San Antonio (La Cantera) is hiring a Part-time Sales Support Associate to manage cash wrap, stockroom and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately, manage cash/media transactions, and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and safety.
- Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support floor activities by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products and gift cards, and capturing customer information where permitted.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines; assist with store opening/closing as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate cash register systems and Mobile POS; familiarity with iPad/laptop-based systems and basic internet tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong command of English.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience, including cashiering or stockroom duties; experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail vocational training preferred.
