Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with brand policies
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information as permitted to enhance transaction value
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor with merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates in accordance with brand guidelines
• Support the sales floor team by responding to customer requests confidently and partnering with colleagues and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all loss prevention protocols and security procedures
• Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local community; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet platforms
• Ability to operate walkie-talkies and understand price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
