Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and market presence
  • Operate POS system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in full compliance with company policy
  • Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor with precision, and execute visual merchandising updates according to brand standards
  • Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines and protocols

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad/laptop operation, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
  • Ability to read and interpret price sheets, product release sheets, and walkie-talkie communication
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized approach to work
  • Exceptional multitasking capability in fast-paced retail environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
