Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance throughout their visit
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with security protocols
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies whilst maintaining stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales opportunities
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, maintain stock levels, and execute visual merchandising updates in alignment with brand standards
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local community, actively supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management as required
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines and procedures
• Demonstrate ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of relevant education and experience will be considered
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, walkie talkies, and ability to interpret price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service setting. A combination of related education and professional experience will be considered as equivalent.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or customer service certification is advantageous but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
