Coach Sales Support Associate

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organised cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and interstore transfers; report discrepancies and uphold stockroom cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising directives and implement display updates to brand standards.
• Support sales floor activity, respond to customer requests confidently and collaborate with the store team and management to meet sales objectives.
• Promote add‑on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support local brand presence including social media engagement.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safe merchandise handling — including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
• Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS platforms and basic computer/Internet tools.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service capabilities.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience in roles such as cashier, stock associate or sales associate; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments preferred.

Education

High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
