Coach Sales Support Associate role in Richmond, BC. Part-time retail position offering $18.25–$21.50/hr with benefits and growth opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance aligned with Coach's brand ethos
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with policy
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales performance
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers with meticulous attention to detail; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
  • Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand specifications
  • Support the sales floor team, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with management to resolve issues
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines to protect inventory and assets
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement and brand initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, and mobile point-of-sale platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
