Coach Sales Support Associate position in Richmond, British Columbia; part-time retail role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines throughout the store
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
One or more years of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
