Coach (Tapestry) in Richmond, BC seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage cash wrap, stockroom operations and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with professionalism and deliver personalised, attentive service across the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; manage cash/media according to company procedures and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and sustain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
- Replenish merchandise and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand standards on the sales floor.
- Promote ancillary products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM and clienteling.
- Support store loss prevention practices and uphold housekeeping standards throughout public and back-of-house areas.
- Assist colleagues and management with sales-floor activities and customer requests; participate in local brand representation and social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market activity.
- Familiarity with cash register/POS systems and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet).
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and statutory holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience, ideally in a luxury or premium retail environment, with hands-on exposure to cashiering, stockroom operations and frontline customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.85 to CAD 21 per hour.
