Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate in Richmond, British Columbia — assist cash wrap, stockroom management and client service for Coach at Designer Outlet Vancouver.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policy and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and uphold stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and perform visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Suggest complementary items and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling.
- Support daily sales-floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently, partnering with colleagues and management as needed.
- Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention procedures to protect inventory and ensure a safe environment.
- Represent the brand in the local market and support social media engagement initiatives as directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity within the marketplace.
- Demonstrated accuracy in cash handling and point-of-sale operations.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational capability and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience including cashier, stockroom or sales duties; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.85 to CAD 22 per hour.
