Coach Sales Support Associate
Coach, Richmond BC — Sales Support Associate (part-time). Provide POS and stockroom support, assist clients; hourly CAD 17.60–22.00.

Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and provide personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; handle cash and payment media in compliance with company cash-handling and loss-prevention policies.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
- Replenish stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain a compelling sales floor presentation.
- Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
- Support store social media engagement and act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, follow Loss Prevention guidelines and assist team members or management as needed during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to operate POS/cash register systems and Mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad/laptop and internet-enabled tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; comfortable climbing, bending and navigating sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience is required; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience accepted.
