Coach Sales Support Associate - Temporary, part-time retail position in Queenstown, Maryland. $15–$19.50/hr with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate customer needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with established policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience) preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Ability to read price and product release sheets; proficiency with walkie talkie communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific educational requirement stated.

The successful candidate will be located in Queenstown, Maryland, USA, with easy access to Baltimore.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
