Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
• Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and support regular merchandising resets.
• Promote add-on items and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand engagement including social media initiatives.
• Support sales floor activity by responding to customer requests, partnering with sales colleagues and management, and adhering to Loss Prevention procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards for a safe and inviting retail environment and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving merchandise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
• Working knowledge of cash register systems and point-of-sale operations.
• Proficiency with basic technology: iPad/laptop usage, Mobile POS and internet navigation; ability to operate walkie talkie.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and ability to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak season; can regularly lift 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience

At least one year of retail experience in cashier, stockroom, or sales roles; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand retail is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
