Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, handle cash and media in accordance with company policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates, and support housekeeping standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand representation and social engagement.
- Support colleagues on the sales floor, respond to customer requests confidently, and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred — combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive market activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS devices; comfortable using iPad and laptop for retail tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales functions); prior luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
